What this work is about:
This work is for people who don’t hate working —
they just don’t want to keep working this way.
You may be:
•successful on paper but disconnected from your work
•craving more meaning without risking financial stability
•aware that you’ve outgrown your current role, industry, or structure
•afraid that one wrong move could cost you years
Map Your Next Chapter is not about quitting.
It’s about making your next move intentionally, with clarity and safety.
The problem this work solves:
Most career dissatisfaction isn’t about a lack of ambition or discipline.
It’s about misalignment.
Your values, strengths, identity, and life circumstances have evolved —
but your career strategy hasn’t caught up yet.
That gap creates:
•chronic frustration
•indecision
•overthinking
•fear of making the “wrong” move
•staying longer than you should — or leaving too quickly
This work closes that gap.
What we focus on together
This is structured, strategic work — not vague exploration.
Together, we focus on:
•clarifying your strengths and patterns (not just skills)
•identifying what actually matters to you now
•defining what “aligned” means at this stage of your life
•evaluating realistic next‑chapter options
•mapping pathways that balance meaning, safety, and sustainability
This may include:
•corporate roles
•leadership pivots
•hospitality or cruise‑based pathways
•consulting or portfolio careers
•or structured transitions you hadn’t previously considered
Nothing is assumed.
Everything is evaluated in context.
How this work is different from career advice
You won’t be told:
•what job to take
•what industry you “should” be in
•or what success is supposed to look like
Instead:
•we slow the decision‑making process down
•surface blind spots and internal conflicts
•assess options realistically (not idealistically)
•and build a plan that fits your actual life
This is about reducing regret, not chasing possibility.
Cadence & structure
This work is typically done over:
•a short, focused series of sessions
•often bi‑weekly, to allow reflection and integration
•with clear goals for each phase
We adjust cadence based on:
•decision urgency
•emotional load
•external constraints (family, finances, location, visas, etc.)
This is not open‑ended coaching.
It’s a contained strategic process.
A collaborative, safety‑first approach
This work is collaborative and consultative.
That means:
•your experience and priorities lead
•my role is to provide perspective, structure, and challenge
•decisions are made with you, not for you
There is no pressure to “be brave” or leap before you’re ready.
Safety matters.
So does alignment.
We honor both.
What this work is not
To set expectations clearly, this is not:
•resume writing alone
•interview prep only
•therapy
•motivational coaching
•pressure to pivot quickly
•advice disconnected from real‑world constraints
If additional support is needed (burnout recovery, clarity work, or practical career tools), we sequence that intentionally.
How to get started:
There are two appropriate entry points — depending on clarity.
Option 1: Start with clarity
If you’re not fully sure what kind of change you need yet, begin with the 90‑Minute NEXT Session.
If you already know you’re ready to think strategically about what’s next:
