Who this work is for:
This work is for people who already know something fundamental needs to change.
Not because everything is broken —
but because you’ve outgrown the way you’re living and working now.
You may be:
•high‑functioning but disconnected
•successful on paper but internally restless
•tired of over‑functioning and carrying more than your share
•clear that small adjustments are no longer enough
This is not a quick fix.
It’s a reset — done carefully, strategically, and safely.
What “alignment” actually means here
Alignment isn’t about chasing passion or burning your life down.
In this work, alignment means your life and career support:
•who you are now
•how you actually function
•what you value
•what your nervous system can sustain
•what supports you financially and realistically
When alignment is missing, life feels heavy even when it looks fine.
When alignment is restored, decisions stop feeling chaotic —
they start feeling obvious.
The framework behind the work (IKIGAI, grounded)
We use the IKIGAI framework as structure — not philosophy.
Over 12 weeks, we align four core areas:
1. What you’re naturally good at
Your strengths, patterns, and capabilities — not just your resume.
2. What energizes you
What restores you instead of draining you — beyond obligation and expectation.
3. What the world genuinely values
Where your strengths meet real‑world demand and contribution.
4. What supports your life financially
Alignment must feel safe.
This work honors responsibilities, stability, and sustainability.
When these four areas are aligned, clarity follows.
How the 12 weeks are structured:
This work unfolds in phases, not pressure.
Phase 1: Stabilize & clarify (Weeks 1–3)
•slow things down
•reduce internal noise
•identify misalignment patterns
•establish emotional steadiness
Phase 2: Identity & values alignment (Weeks 4–7)
•clarify strengths and non‑negotiables
•reconnect with what actually matters
•name what no longer fits
•redefine success on your terms
Phase 3: Strategic integration (Weeks 8–12)
•translate clarity into real‑world decisions
•evaluate options without urgency
•design next steps that fit your life
•build confidence in direction, not impulse
This is deep work — but it’s paced.
How we work together:
This is collaborative, not prescriptive.
You won’t be told:
•who to become
•what to quit
•what success should look like
Instead:
•we work side‑by‑side
•your lived experience leads
•insight and strategy are built together
•decisions are grounded, not rushed
This is coaching with structure — and humanity.
What this work is not:
To set expectations clearly, this is not:
•therapy
•motivational coaching
•a productivity system
•a “find your passion” program
•pressure to make dramatic changes quickly
If burnout stabilization or career clarity is needed first, we sequence that intentionally.
Commitment & readiness:
This work requires:
•willingness to slow down
•honesty with yourself
•capacity for reflection
•openness to change (without forcing it)
It does not require:
•certainty
•confidence
•a plan
•urgency
Readiness matters more than motivation.
